Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day. During periods of high demand, processing times may extend slightly, but customers will be notified if delays occur.
Shipping Destinations
Noctyrellia currently ships exclusively within the United States.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
- Shipping is available to most U.S. residential and commercial addresses
- Shipping to P.O. Boxes may be limited depending on the carrier
- We do not ship to U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses at this time

Estimated delivery times begin after order processing:

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order value and selected shipping method.
- Free standard shipping may be offered on eligible orders during promotions or above a specified order total
- Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before checkout completion
Noctyrellia does not charge hidden handling fees.
Local Delivery & Pickup
At this time, Noctyrellia does not offer local delivery or in-store pickup.
All orders are shipped directly to the provided U.S. shipping address.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.
If you experience issues with tracking or delivery, please contact our support team for assistance.
Returns, Changes & Cancellations
- Orders may be modified or canceled only before shipment
- Once shipped, orders cannot be changed
- Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Refund Policy
